We typically acknowledge inbound requests within one business day. Complex routing or multi-office questions may need a little longer so the right team can answer with accuracy.

Do you work with clients outside France?

Yes. Kargo teams across Seattle, Shenzhen, Changsha, and Paris collaborate on international projects. Share your timezone and preferred language and we will align on next steps.

Can I schedule a visit to one of your offices?

Visits are arranged by appointment so we can match you with the right people. Mention the location and dates that work for you and we will confirm availability.
